This very handsome and strikingly modern, 5-story condominium apartment building at 701 Union Street between 4th and 5th avenues in Park Slope was erected in 2017.

701 Union LLC was the developer and Jeffrey McKean was the architect.

It has 9 apartments.

Bottom Line

A modern boutique, mid-block, low-rise building with a striking and handsome gray panel façade with corner balconies and few apartments.

Description

The building is distinguished not only by its handsome, modern façade of gray panels but also by its unusual, asymmetrically arranged, six-pane, large windows and its double-height windowed entrance.

The building has sidewalk landscaping.
