A summery seersucker dandy of a “pin-striped” building has a broad, 8-story base and a ruffled flourish of a four-story top with balconies, setbacks, cantilevers and a roof deck.
Description
This light-blue glass building has an 8-story base highlighted by two dark blue sections, each four dark blue piers and tops.
The top four floors are setback have some balconies and cantilevered corner sections whose top floor is stepped.
The building has a broad dark blue band cornice line.
