Carter's Review

This 10-story, red-brick building was erected in 2008 by Fairmont Capital and the Katan Group. It contains 45 residential condominium apartments.

The building was designed by Harry Radusky of Bricolage Design.

It has a garage, a fitness center, storage rooms, gardens and many balconies.

Apartments have Brazilian cherry floors and 9-foot ceilings. Kitchens have stainless steel Bosch refrigerators and GE ranges, American walnut cabinetry and Caesarstone countertops and backsplashes. A Frigidaire washer and dryer is in the utility closet.

Baths has white sand mosaic limestone floors.

The building is convenient to shopping and dining on Fifth Avenue.

The building has a one-story rusticated limestone base and a gated front yard.
