Carter's Review

This handsome, 8-story building at 2100 Bedford Avenue in the Prospect Lefferts Gardens section of Brooklyn was erected in 2017 and has 71 condominium apartments.

It was developed by Metropolitan Home Inc., of Floral Park, N.Y., which is headed by Effie Dilmanian.

It was designed by Karl Fischer.

A handsome, 8-story condo building designed by Karl Fischer in the Prospect Lefferts Gardens section of Brooklyn.

Description

The attractive, red-brick building has a central 8-story section flanked by wings with balconies and two set-back top floors with dark metal façades.

The building has a two-story dark metal base and attractive dark metal cornices for the setback wings and the top of the building.

The building has multi-paned windows.

The building has a virtual doorman, a roof deck, a fitness center, a bicycle room, storage, a lounge, terraces and balconies and a 38-car garage.

Open kitchens have breakfast bar islands, walnut cabinetry, and stainless-steel appliances.

Apartment D on the 5th and 6th floors is a three-bedroom unit with 1,251 square feet with a large entry foyer that leads to a 17-foot-long living room and a 8-foot-wide, pass-through kitchen.
