This handsome, 26-story rental apartment building at 123 Linden Boulevard between Bedford and Rogers avenues in the Prospect Lefferts Garden section of Brooklyn was due for completion in 2020.
The Moinian Group and Bushburg Properties are the developers.
Designed by Hill West Architects with interiors by Whitehall Interiors, the 320-foot-tall building tower contains 467 rental units, with 30 percent of them "affordable."
The exterior has masonry on the park side and a glass curtain wall facing the street.
Bottom Line
The tallest building in its neighborhood, this very attractive rental apartment tower overlooks the south end of nearby Prospect Park.
Description
The building mixes a variety of attractive façades with two main setback wings over a broad base, which has a façade with a vertical fenestration pattern.
The shorter wing has three balconies on some floors and two on others.
The taller and longer wing, which is setback even further, has a glass façade balconies with two vertical angles and its short end façade has a centered fenestration pattern with alternate floors having different window groupings.

The building has a concierge, a porte-corchere and driveway, a sports court, a party room, a fitness center with an indoor swimming pool, a game room, a screening room, a roof deck with an outdoor pool, a children's playroom, a pet grooming room, a garage, a business center, an entrance marquee, a dog run and a bicycle room.
Apartments
Some apartments feature private balconies and all units include keyless entries, in-unit washer/dryers, and stainless steel appliances.
Apartments come in two palettes of finishes, both with Caesarstone quartz kitchen countertops.
Bathrooms are described in layouts as "refresh" rooms. The corner living rooms in the lower wing have 18-foot-long spaces, corner windows and open kitchens.
Some floors have 22 apartments.
