This very handsome mid-rise, mid-block apartment building at 224 Riverside Drive between 94th and 95th Streets was built in 1910 and has 29 apartments.
The 7-story building was converted to a co-operative in 1985.

The building has a two-story, rusticated limestone base with broad pilasters flanking the two-step-up entrance.
It also has a bandcourse beneath the top floor and a large cornice supported by large brackets
The beige-brick façade has attractive window surrounds and there are some producing air-conditioners.
