Carter's Review
This pleasant, 6-story, yellow-brick, cooperative apartment building was erected in 1900 and has 62 units.
The building, which has fine views of Riverside Park and the Hudson River, has a six-step-up entrance, a part-time doorman, some attractive decorative façade detailing and fire escapes. It has a one-story, rusticated limestone base, sidewalk landscaping, protruding air-conditioners and consistent fenestration, but no garage, no roof deck, and no health club.
An express subway station is nearby at 96th Street and Broadway and there is good bus service on Riverside Drive and Broadway and cross-town bus service on 96th Street. There are many stores and restaurants nearby along Broadway.
