Gracious Renaissance Revival Townhouse This elegant four-story Renaissance Revival townhouse was built in 1893 as one of six original Victorian brownstones that form the West 71st Street Historic District, a quiet, architecturally harmonious, tree-lined cul-de-sac on Manhattan's Upper West Side.
