Carter's Review
This 20-story, white-brick apartment building at 60 Riverside Drive on the northeast corner at 78th Street was erected in 1965 and has 151 apartments.
With its façade angles along Riverside Drive, the building is notable for its many balconies.
It was converted to a co-operative in 1983. It was originally known as River View.
It was designed by Wechsler & Schimenti whose other buildings in the city include 1050 Fifth Avenue.
Bottom Line

Amenities
The building has a full-time doorman, a concierge, garage, many balconies, and a laundry room, but no health club and no roof deck.
