This red-brick building has a three-story limestone base with a protruding arch entrance surround around its metal marquee and a pair of arched windows on the second floor.
The fourth-floor has a large, arched masonry surround around pairs of rectilinear windows with masonry arches.
The building has some protruding and discrete window air-conditioners and sidewalk landscaping.
It is missing its cornice.
