Carter's Review
This attractive, mid-block, 8-story apartment building at 314 West 100th Street was erected around 1906 and converted to a condominium in 2008.
It has a live-in superintendent, sidewalk landscaping, a moat, a three-step-in entrance and a two-step-down lobby. There is an arched window above the entrance and the top floor windows are arched and there are bandcourses above the second and seventh floors. The building is missing its cornice.
The lobby walls have large marble panels and the beige-brick building has a two-story limestone base.
The building has four apartments a floor and a total of 33. It has 2,000 square foot roof deck, but no garage or fitness center.
