Carter’s Review

"This handsome, red-brick, 11-story cooperative apartment building was designed as an 8-story building with a cornice in 1899 by Joseph Wolf and two years later was enlarged three stories with a mansard roof designed by Janes & Leo.

It is one block east of Riverside Park and one block south of a subway station. Columbia University is several blocks to the north on Broadway and the Episcopal Cathedral of St. John the Divine is also nearby."
