"This attractive, 15-story, red-brick building at 277 West End Avenue on the southwest corner at 73rd Street was erected in 1926 and converted to a cooperative in 1983. It has 76 apartments.

It was designed by George and Edward Blum, whose other buildings include the Phaeton at 539 West 112th Street, 610 and 838 West End Avenue, 555, 830. 840, 875 and 929 Park Avenue."
