This six-story building at 111 Mercer Street between Prince and Spring streets in SoHo that was built in 1900 was converted to condominium apartments in 2013 by Veracity Development of which Edmond and Jennifer Li are principals.
The building has three full-floor, two-bedroom apartments and a triplex penthouse unit.
Grzywinski Pons was the architect.
Bottom Line
A prime and quiet location in the heart of SoHo with only a few apartments.
