Carter's Review
This 6-story, red-brick, condominium loft building has a prime location on a cobblestone street in SoHo half a block south of Houston Street.
Unlike many of the older buildings in the neighborhood, it has no fire-escapes. The building, which has a two-step-up entrance, has a video intercom, few apartments, and high ceilings. It has no garage, no sidewalk landscaping, no health club and no roof deck.
This location is one of the liveliest in the city with considerable daytime traffic. There are several subway stations within a few blocks and many restaurants, boutiques and art galleries nearby.
