This handsome, 6-story, cast-iron building at 15 Mercer Street, which is cobbled, in SoHo.  It was erected in 1910 and has only six condo apartments.  It was erected in 1910 and converted in 2000.

A very attractive, mid-block cast-iron building in SoHo with only six condo apartments.

Description

This attractive, mid-block, cast-iron building has a four-step-up retail entrance on a cobbled street and inset windows.

The top floor has arched windows beneath a nice cornice.

Amenities

The building has a keyed elevator, an intercom, storage and allows cats and dogs.

Apartments

Apartment 3 is a two-bedroom unit 3,000 square feet with a 35-foot-long living room that opens onto a 23-foot-long dining room and an 18-foot-open kitchen with a breakfast bar.  The unit has 4-inch-wide Ash wood floors and zoned air-conditioning.  The kitchen has a vented, 8-burner Viking range, a Sub-zero refrigerator and a 120-bottle wine closet.  The master bathroom has a two-person tub and double sinks.
