A wet bar is provided near a second, enclosed kitchen, provided for ease of entertaining.

A powder room is also provided for convenience. Behind the staircase, the master bedroom offers a luxurious walk-in closet and large bath. An adjoining bedroom, with its own walk-in closet and bath, can also be used as a private sitting room or office.
