This handsome, 5-story building at 35 Mercer Street in the SoHo Cast Iron Historic District between Grand and Canal streets was built in 1867 and has 6 co-operative apartments.

The building has handsome rusticated piers and a broad cornice.  

It has an iron retail base with a three-step-up entrance and a ramp. 

The façade is stone. 

It is closely related architecturally to 31 and 33 Mercer Street.
