This 6-story building at 75 Grand Street is part of a five-building loft building complex on the south side of Grand Street between Greene and Wooster streets in SoHo that were erected between 1872 and 1907. The complex was combined in 1976 as a co-operative and has 26 units.
This building was erected in 1898.
Bottom Line
This well-located loft building in SoHo has large full-floor apartments and is convenient to many boutiques and restaurants and good public transportation.
Description
The terra-cotta-clad building has fire-escapes.and ground floor retail space.
The building has some arched windows on the top floor and a nice cornice.
