Carter's Review

Marketing began in early 2008 for this 12-story residential condominium building at 22 Renwick Street.

The building was designed by Philip Johnson Alan Ritchie. Garrett Goulay Architects was the architect of record.

The development has 19 two- and three-bedroom apartments and all units have outdoor space in the form of a garden, a balcony, or a terrace.

The building has a terracotta rainscreen cladding system.

22 Renwick Street LLC of which Andrew Bradfield is a principal is the developer. Mr. Bradfield is also a principal of Orange Management is a New York City-based real estate development company started in 2000 that has done several condo projects in the city.

Initial pricing ranged from about $1,370,000 for a 992-square-foot, two-bedroom, two-bath apartment to about $3,400,000 for a 1,899-square-foot, three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath unit.

The building has an entrance marquee, street-level retail, and setbacks on the top five floors.

It is across the street from new another residential condominium development, a 13-story building with 13 units being developed by PHH Realty Group LLC of which Shea Greenfield is a principal at 15 Renwick Street. Ismael Leyva is the architect for 15 Renwick Street, which is between Canal and Spring Streets in the area north of the Holland Tunnel.

Renwick Street is between Greenwich and Hudson Streets.
