Aug 27, 2019

Carter's Review

This attractive, 11-story apartment building at 185 18th Street at Fourth Avenue in the South Slope/Greenwood Heights section of Brooklyn was completed in 2019 by Adam America Real Estate, of which Omri Sachs is a founder, and CGI Strategies.

It has 73 condominium apartments.

It was designed by Isaac & Stern. Paris Farino did the interior design.

Steven Yanavian designed the landscaping for the courtyard with bamboo, a Zen garden with Japanese maple trees and boulders and a roof deck with birch trees, meadow-inspired grasses and perennials.

The Prospect Avenue subway station is two blocks away.
