Carter's Review
This very attractive 6-story building at 177 Duane Street between Greenwich and Hudson streets fronts on Duane Park, one of the city’s smallest but very nice urban oases. It was converted to 11 co-operative apartments in 1998.
It is known as “Double Triangle.”
The TriBeCa West Historic District designation report states that the red-brick building stone trim “displays characteristics of the neo-Grec and Queen Anne styles.”
