Overview of Iris TriBeCa at 19 Park Place

Sculpted curves and inspiring views coalesce at IRIS Tribeca, a lithe 21-floor condominium situated across from the Four Seasons NY Downtown and the iconic Woolworth Building. Designed by the acclaimed architect Ismael Leyva, the glass-encased tower combines cutting-edge technology with fine interior finishes that radiate the warmth of home.

Iris' 24 full- and half-floor residences blend contemporary design details with timeless finishes. The signature wraparound glass curtain wall and frameless glass balconies grant each residence an abundance of natural light.  Every home features wide-plank European red oak floors, kitchens with desert oak cabinetry and fully-integrated appliances from Wolf, Viking, and Sub-Zero; and baths with radiant heated marble floors and hydronic towel warmers.

Iris Tribeca features a full package of amenities that would typically only be found in a much larger building. Residents are greeted with heated sidewalks and an atrium-style lobby that dazzles and soothes with a 19’ vein-cut limestone waterfall and a hand- crafted blown glass chandelier that dangles from soaring double-height ceilings. Lifestyle amenities such as a fitness center, private lounge, children’s area, and a lush courtyard offer residents flexible spaces to work, play, and entertain. Private storage is also available for purchase.

Carter’s Review

"This sliver apartment building at 19 Park Place across from the new Four Seasons Hotel by Robert A. M. Stern and the great Woolworth Building by Cass Gilbert looks a bit like a small chip off the block of the spectacular, high-tech, Hong Kong & Shanghai Bank tower designed by Norman Foster in Hong Kong and completed in 1985.

It was designed by Ismael Leyva, who is best known for the skinny wedge apartment tower at 785 Eighth Avenue just to the south of World Wide Plaza."
