Carter's Review

This distinguished, 9-story, mid-block building at 403 Greenwich Street between Beach and Hubert streets in the TriBeCa West Historic District was built by the Colonnade Group and Olympic Real Estate in 2017 and has four condominium apartments.

It was designed by Morris Adjmi Architects and AA Studio.  An earlier design by Joseph Pell Lombardi called for a glass-and-brick façade. Stefano Pasqualetti was the interior designer.

Bottom Line

A very handsome, black-metal façade with multi-pane windows with thin, projecting, white frames lends considerable elegance and a hint of the district’s industrial past.

The penthouse is a quadruplex with 5 bedrooms and 4,376 square feet of interior space of 643 square feet of outdoor space.  The lowest level has three bedrooms and the 7^th floor has a  23-foot-wide living room and two bedrooms and the 8^th floor has a 21-foot-long dining room with a 27-foot-wide terrace and a 17-foot-wide open kitchen with Marinace marble countertop and backsplash and an island and the top floor has an 18-foot-wide recreation room and two terraces.

Residence B is a 3-bedroom, duplex unit with 1,922 square feet with a 17-foot-long living room, an 11-foot-long dining room and a 10-foot-wide open kitchen with an island and a blackened steel staircase at the front of the lower level with two bedrooms and a master bedroom and a 9-foot-wide study on the upper level.
