Carter’s Review

"This handsome and imposing 7-story, mid-block building at 459 Washington Street was erected in 1920.  It has 12 condominium apartments and is just north of the TriBeCa North Historic District and just south of Canal Street.

It is also very close to West Street and the spectacular crystalline Spring Street Salt Shed one block north of Canal Street. "
