Carter's Review

This very attractive, 6-story building at 54 Warren Street between Church Street and West Broadway was erected in 1881 and has four condominium residences.

Haley Liberman was the developer.

Debra Kossar of Kossar & Gary Architects designed the residential conversion in 2005.  It was formerly a rubber factory.

It has ground-floor retail.

It is in the TriBeCa Historic District.

Bottom Line

A charming red-brick, mid-block building in TriBeCa with only 4 apartments.

The red-brick building has inset windows with a projecting lintel and a nice cornice.
