This attractive, 6-story building at 87 Leonard Street between Broadway and Church Street in TriBeCa was erected circa 1860 and was a commercial building until its conversion by the Magnum Real Estate Group of which Benjamin Shaoul is a principal in 2010 to a residential condominium.
Grade Architecture + Interior Design handled the conversion.
