Carter's Review
This very handsome, 7-story, red-brick building at 90 Hudson Street was erected in 1916 and converted to 36 cooperative apartments in 1982.
TKR Realty Corp., Tri-River Associates and Philip Perlman were the developers and Wechsler Grasso Menziuso was the architectural firm for the conversion.
The building, which is on the southeast corner at Leonard Street, has a prime location in TriBeCa.
