Carter’s Review

"The northernmost of the late 1980's crop of new mid-rise residential buildings that arose along Greenwich Street in the TriBeCa area, this was also the smallest. All these buildings were 11 stories tall, but this one, which was completed in late 1988, only has 80 apartments. This is also the only one of that generation to feature balconies, a not unimportant feature. It also has a sundeck and a concierge. The building was designed by Rothzeid, Kaiserman, Thomson & Bee for Greenwich-Reade Associates/DG Associates and Douglas and Joseph Gardner. The building's façade along Greenwich Street steps down to the north to match the cornice line of the adjacent building."
