The Franklin Building, located at 9-15 Murray Street, is a former 12-story office building that has been converted into 25 condominium apartments.
It is half a block from City Hall Park and not far from The World Trade Center.
Constructed in 1897, it was once a thriving manufacturing warehouse recognized for its state-of-the-art electrical switchboard.
Bottom Line
This mid-block TriBeCa residential building has a very distinguished three-story stone base with nice detailing with three canopies beneath six floors of rusticated beige-brick façade and a cornice beneath its top floor.
