This attractive 12-story building at 71 Murray Street between West Broadway and Greenwich Street in TriBeCa is called the Hastings Building and is named after one of its architects in the firm of Carrere & Hastings. 

The mid-block building was erected in 1912 and has 11 condominium apartments. 

The building is convenient to public transportation.

An attractive, mid-block, pre-war loft apartment building with large layouts in TriBeCa.

The building has a two-story stone base and a steel entrance marquee.

Amenities

The building has a full-time doorman, central air-conditioning, an elevator, a bicycle room and basement storage.  Cats and dogs are allowed.
