Carter’s Review

"The stately, 12-story building at 101 Leonard Street on the southwest corner at Broadway in TriBeCa was acquired from Extell Development for $53 million in 2013 by Bizzi & Partners, which erected the Setai Fifth Avenue hotel and apartment tower at 400 Fifth Avenue designed by Gwathmey Siegel.

The former office building, which was erected in 1920, has been converted into 66 residential condominiums. "
