Carter’s Review

"This pleasant, 20-story, gray-brick, mid-block, cooperative apartment building was erected in 1959 and has 176 apartments.

The building is convenient to the United Nations and there are numerous restaurants and stores in the vicinity. There is cross-town bus service on 42nd, 49th and 50th Streets, but subways are a few blocks away."
