Carter’s Review

"This 40-story, midblock, condominium tower, which is cantilevered six-and-a-half feet at its 14th floor over the adjacent Vanderbilt Branch of the YMCA of Greater New York building, faces, across the street, the famous townhouses that share a large common garden with similar townhouses on East 48th Street.

The tower's midblock location affords it unusual midtown views in all directions except to the east where Dag Hammarskjold Tower, a very and tall attractive apartment tower, is at the corner."
