Carter's Review
Three Ten is a very handsome, 31-story condominium apartment tower at 310 East 53rd Street on the southeast corner at Second Avenue.
It was built in 2007 by Macklowe Properties.
The 5-story, finely-detailed, limestone-clad base of the building has some duplex apartments with very tall ceilings and wood-burning fireplaces.
The building, which has 88 apartments, was designed by SLCE architects and Moed de Armas & Shannon Architects.
