The development team includes Ian Schrager, the builder of 40 Bond Street and co-founder of Studio 54, the Vector Group that is headed by Howard Lorber, chairman of Douglas Elliman, and the Witkoff Group that is headed by Steve Wykoff. 

All residences feature floor-to-ceiling windows, soaring ceilings, open floor plans, chef's kitchens, and prewiring for smart home technology. Building amenities include doorman, concierge, fitness center, pool and spa, lounge, garden, courtyard, bike room, and on-site parking."
