Yikes...Um honestly I felt like I was in a timewarp so did my clients. The hallway carpets were a dark green and wallpaper was a light green...Very weird and the hallways didn`t smell so pleasant. Apparently the brokers assistant stated that the hallways were going to be painted in the near future (I sure hope so). There was a very nice patio area on the third floor for residents but could tell that my clients were not so keen about the building Moderate Board Great location approx two blocks from subway (1,3). Close to West Side Highway...Great dining, and boutique shopping. Quiet and cute

"I have been living in this building for aprox. 45 years, (pre-conversion). Roaches, mice and numerous 311 complaints about heat. Recently, an expensive new security system was installed. Either it is worthless or the superintendent who manages it is. After my partner was assaulted in the elevator, the superintendent claimed that a security video of the crime less than 30 days ago no longer exists! Poor management."
