Carter's Review
This attractive, 6-story, red-brick building was erected in 1886 by Gustavus Isaacs as a factory. It was converted to 24 residential condominiums in 1983 and there are now 22 units.
It is one block east of Westbeth and convenient to the High Line, the Hudson River and the Meatpacking district.
It is known as Pickwick House.
Philip Seymour Hoffman, the actor, was found dead in his 4th floor apartment in the building in 2014.
