Carter's Review

This attractive, 6-story building at 260 North 9th Street between Roebling and Havemeyer streets in Williamsburg was erected in 2012 and has 20 units.

It was designed by Nataliya Donskoy of ND Architecture and Design for N.9th LLC of which Alex Zhitnik is a principal.

Bottom Line

A rigorous and compact small, red-brick building near McCarren Park in Williamsburg with high ceilings and balconies with underside lighting and partial railings.

Description

The red-brick building has a one-story granite base, discrete air-conditioners and attractive balconies with railings that do not extend their full width and have underside lighting.

The middle section of the third through the sixth floors with a gray façade and part of the red façade on the same floors is indented along part of the balconies. 

Amenities

The building has a roof deck, a fitness center and a garage.

Apartments

Apartments have 10-foot-high ceilings, Bertrazzoni ranges, Liebherr refrigerators, Blomberg dishwashers and Caesarstone kitchen countertops, and Zuma bathtubs and Grohe Rainfall showers, radiant heated bathroom floors and washer/dryer hook-ups.

Apartment 2A is a three-bedroom unit with 1,412 square feet of interior space and 853 square feet of outdoor space with a living room room with an open kitchen with an island.

Apartment 6D is a studio unit with 752 square feet of interior space and 43 square feet of outdoor space.

Apartment 6B is a one-bedroom unit with 691 square feet of interior  space and 35 square feet of outdoor space.
