This 7-story building at 53 Broadway on the northeast corner at Wythe Avenue was built in 2013 close to the Williamsburg Bridge in South Williamsburg, Brooklyn and has 75 rental apartments.
It was developed by Kaish & Taub and is owned by Adam America Real Estate in partnership with The Horizon Group.
It was designed Kutnicki Bernstein Architects, whose other Brooklyn projects include a similar building with green façade elements on Powers Street, 1209 Dekalb Avenue, 109 Gold Street with pale-green façade elements and angled balconies, 26 Broadway, and 432 Grand Street and two red-façade buildings in Manhattan at 517 West 46th Street and 154 Attorney Street.
Bottom Line
Within short walking distance of the East River and the handsome Williamsburg Bridge, this mid-rise building is a colorful addition to the neighborhood and has many amenities.

This long, grey-brick building is distinguished by its bold façade colors and partially setback roof.
The building has some slightly protruding façade elements above the first floor that are colored bright red, white, and pale blue.
