Bottom Line

This “J”-shaped building is full of surprises starting with its very handsome entranceway with wood plank doors that is recessed beneath a canted and angled wooden surround and asymmetrical façades with protruding bays and alternating balconies and fenestration patterns.

It also has a very attractive, landscaped courtyard on its second level that has curved seating niches and two large arcs of fountains and a raised semi-circular seating area part of which is covered with a circular pavilion.

The apartments have combine rustic and industrial accents.
