Carter's Review

This 6-story, 24-unit residential condominium building at 460 Manhattan Avenue in the Greenpoint section of Brooklyn was completed in 2007.

It is part of a triangle related buildings built by Tahoe Development.

AEC Engineering Design & Construction designed the building, which is also known as 124 Newton Street.

The development is known as MAC (Manhattan Avenue Condos).

Bottom Line

Very close to the very popular McCarren Park, this pleasant mid-rise building has a video intercom system and balconies.

Description

Like the company's other buildings in this area, its palette is dark gray, white and dark blue and its façade features many balconies and slightly recessed multipane windows.

The literature for the development notes that "its metal-paneled façade pays respect to the community's industrial past, while its interiors epitomize luxurious modern design."

Amenities

The building has a video intercom system, sidewalk landscaping, and is pet-friendly.
