Carter's Review

This attractive, 9-story building at 308 North 7th Street in Williamsburg was erected in 2019 and has 45 condominium apartments. 

It was developed by Adam America and Naveh Shuster. 

It was designed by Paris Fiorno.

 

Bottom Line

A handsome, mid-rise, light-colored brick condominium apartment building with its top two floors clad with gunmetal aluminum in Williamsburg with large apartment layouts with open kitchens and many with terraces.

Description

The light-colored brick building has its top floor and part of the floor beneath it clad in gunmetal aluminum panels. 

It has an irregular fenestration pattern and some corner windows. 

It has an entrance marquee.

Amenities

The building has a double-height lobby, a landscaped garden, a gym, a bicycle room, a children's playroom, cold storage, a garage and private cabanas on the roof deck.

Apartments

Apartments have 7-inch wide oak plank floors, Bosch washers and dryers, dyed oak and white lacquer kitchen cabinetry and Bosch appliances. 

Penthouse B is a three-bedroom unit with 1,481square feet of interior space and 684 square feet of outdoor space in two terraces and a 25-foot-long living and dining room.
