Carter’s Review

"This starkly good-looking, four-story corner building in the Williamsburgh section of Brooklyn is remarkably bold for its size and reinvents a cleancut, modern industrial aesthetic for residential use.

Located at 161 North 4th Street at 620-624 Driggs Avenue, it combines largely glass façades with black, ribbed aluminum framing over a one-story, red-brick base. Many of its large, mutlipaned windows have small corners but the corner element of the building is angled as is a large bay window center section on the longer façade."
