Carter's Review

This large, 6-story, brown-brick former industrial building at 85-101 North 3rd Street in the Williamsburgh section of Brooklyn was converted to 62 residential loft condominium apartments in 2009.

Fifield Piaker Elman Architects designed the conversion of the former factory that was built for the Hinds & Ketcham lithography company at the end of the nineteenth century.

The building has ceilings that range in height from 11 to 15 feet, original wide plank floors, solid timber columns, large windows, 6-foot Toto cast iron soaking tubs, Eggersman kitchen cabinetry, SubZero refrigerators, Wolf ranges, Bosch dishwashers, video intercom system, a garage, roofdeck with cabanas and doorman with storage facilities.

Bathrooms measures 10 by 15 feet and are lined in Timeless Absolute White Marble with Glass mosaic trim and have 12-foot ceilings.

Kitchens were designed by OnViu.
