This handsome, 6-story, residential building at 62-66 North Third Street between Kent and Wythe Avenues in Williamsburg was developed in 2017 by Flatiron Real Estate Advisors, which is headed by Steven Ancona, Duke Equities, which is headed by Duke Dweck, and MJM, which is headed by Michael Marino. 

It has 13 residences in two buildings and was designed by SRA Architecture and Engineering.  Kimberly Peck was the interior designer. 

The building, which is known as North Third, is convenient to public transportation. 

The two sites were acquired by close to $5 million in 2014.

Bottom Line

A handsome boutique, two-building condominium with a total of 13 apartments in Williamsburg with multi-paned windows, Japanese charcoal wood walls and matte black kitchen cabinetry.

Description

The two, red-brick buildings look the same, but one has five full-floor apartments with keyed elevator access and the other 8 units. 

All the units have outdoor space. 

The building has an entrance marquee and the sixth floor is partially setback and has a different fenestration pattern.

Amenities

The building has a modern lobby with vertical granite panels, a virtual doorman and video intercom, private storage, bicycle storage and a package room.

Apartments

Apartments have a sleek aesthetic with Japanese charcoal wood walls, matte black kitchen cabinetry and Bianco Puro white kitchen countertops, Sub-Zero refrigerators, Bosch appliances and wine refrigerators.  Bathrooms have heated floors, Lacava floating vanities and Toto toilets. 

A 4th floor apartment has 1,995 square feet with three bedrooms with a 22-foot-long living/dining room with a 17-foot-wide balcony and an open, 17-foot-long kitchen with an island. 

Apartment 3A is a two-bedroom unit with 1,014 square feet with an entry into a 13-foot-wide dining room with an open kitchen and a 15-foot-long living room with an 18-foot-wide balcony. 

Apartment 3B is a one-bedroom unit with 731 square feet with a 13-foot-wide living room and a 12-foot-wide, open kitchen with a 19-foot-wide balcony.
