This handsome, 6-story, residential building at 62-66 North Third Street between Kent and Wythe Avenues in Williamsburg was developed in 2017 by Flatiron Real Estate Advisors, which is headed by Steven Ancona, Duke Equities, which is headed by Duke Dweck, and MJM, which is headed by Michael Marino.
It has 13 residences in two buildings and was designed by SRA Architecture and Engineering. Kimberly Peck was the interior designer.
The building, which is known as North Third, is convenient to public transportation.
The two sites were acquired by close to $5 million in 2014.
Bottom Line
A handsome boutique, two-building condominium with a total of 13 apartments in Williamsburg with multi-paned windows, Japanese charcoal wood walls and matte black kitchen cabinetry.

The two, red-brick buildings look the same, but one has five full-floor apartments with keyed elevator access and the other 8 units.
