This rather sleek, 6-story rental apartment building at 568 Union Avenue in Williamsburg is known as The Union and has 92 apartments.

It was developed in 2011 by Heatherwood Communities LLC and designed by Karl Fischer Architects.


 

Bottom Line

An attractive, mid-rise rental apartment building with an outdoor swimming pool that is very close in McCarren Park and has a roof deck and a concierge.
 

Description

The U-shaped building, which is between Richardson and Frost Streets, has a symmetrical glass façade with two curved sections on the upper floors in the center and dark-metal framing at the sides.


 

Amenities

The building has a concierge, a fitness center, a garage, video intercom, a roof deck, a storage room, an outdoor swimming pool, a landscaped courtyard, and allows pets.
