Carter's Review

This very attractive and striking 7-story building at 212 North 9th Street between Roebling and Driggs streets in the Williamsburg section of Brooklyn was completed in 2015 by The Fortis Property Group, and designed by Karl Fischer.

It has 33 condominium apartments.

Interiors were handled by The Meshburg Group.

Bottom Line

It is about three blocks away from the very popular McCarren Park and the L train.

Description

The building has very bold black façade framing with some balconies and a recessed section above the entrance.

The building has discrete air-conditioners and is distinguished by a very attractive patterning on the roof by David Paul Kay.

Amenities

The building has a doorman, a roof deck, a garage, a bicycle room, a package room, a very handsome, two-story-high lobby, an exercise room and video security.

Apartments

Penthouse C is a two-bedroom unit with 983 square feet and 749 square feet of outdoor space with a 17-footwide living/dining room with an open kitchen.

Apartments have ash grey flooring, and Bertazzoni, Bosch and Liebherr kitchen appliances and Bosch washers and dryers.

Apartments F on the 3rd through the 6th floors are two-bedroom units with 994 square feet and 130 square feet of outdoor space and an 18-foot-wide living/dining room with an open kitchen with an island.
