This attractive, 5-story, beige-colored building at 106 Havemeyer Street at the corner of Hope Street is known as The Williamsburg Mews, which is comprised of three similar buildings with a total of 24 condominium apartments..
It was building was erected in 2002 by Shlomo Karpen of KDPG Realty and designed by Bricolage Design & Architecture.
The development is on a block that was voted one of the city’s 50 most beautiful by Time Out Magazine.
Bottom Line
A nice group of three light-colored buildings with sidewalk landscaping with Juliet balconies and a façade that has angular undulation on a corner side in Williamsburg.
