Carter's Review
A row of 6 strikingly handsome and elegant, 5-story townhouses was erected by KUB Capital in 2015 and is known as Wythe Lane Townhouses in the Williamsburg section of Brooklyn.
KUB Design & SZ Projects, which is headed by Silvia Zofio, were the design team and Future Green was the landscape architect.
Bottom Line
An original, wonderful and very refined, grey-green artisanal brick complex of six, 5-story townhouses joined by a trellised mews in Williamsburg.
Description
The primary entrances are away from the street on the mews. The houses face rearwards onto their own private garden.
Each water-struck, coal-fired brick is made by Danish artisanal manufacturer Petersen Tegl.
The townhouses have energy-efficient insulation and ventilation.

Each townhouse contains 3,800-square feet and has exposed concrete ceilings, “a reference to the industrial history of this part of Williamsburg.
